Project Introduction

The customer is one of the largest producers of rare metal molybdenum, which is engaged in buying and selling molybdenum ore and refining to sales. Our rail transfer cart mainly solves the smelting, casting, and transportation processes of ore for the client.

According to the customer’s situation, we provide BHX series busbar powered transfer cart, which can run on curved tracks, and turning radius of 6.8 meters. So far, the customer has responded well to its use.

Working Principle of Busbar Powered Transfer Cart

The BHX series electric transfer cart produced by Henan Perfect Handling Equipment Co., Ltd., supplies AC 380V power to the traction motor through the busbar, and controls the traction motor start, stop, forward, and backward through the control system. The operating system voltage is a safe voltage of 36V. Usually, we will install the busbar device under electric rail cart and drive the busbar through the operation of rail transfer car.
