Lifting Principle of Electric Transporter Trolley

The lifting method of electric transfer trolley mainly relies on the hydraulic system.

Specifically, transporter trolley uses a hydraulic cylinder as a lifting device. The hydraulic system is a system that uses liquid to transfer energy. It achieves force amplification and transmission through the transmission and control of liquid in the pipeline.

In the hydraulic system of battery operated transfer cart, hydraulic oil is the medium that transmits energy. It is pressure-transmitted by a hydraulic pump to send the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder is a sealed container. Under the action of hydraulic oil, the pressure generated will push the piston to complete the lifting action.

How to Operate Electric Lift Trolley

When operating heavy duty transporter trolley for lifting, we can control the hydraulic pump by operating the handle or button. When the handle or button is operated to the corresponding position, the hydraulic pump starts to work and sends hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder. The entry of hydraulic oil increases the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder, thereby pushing the piston up to achieve the lifting of the cargo.

Conversely, when we need to lower the position of the cargo, we only need to reduce the working pressure of the hydraulic pump, so that the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder is lowered. The piston will fall under the action of its own gravity and lower the cargo to the required position.

The hydraulic oil forms a certain pressure through the vane pump and enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, hydraulic control check valve, and balance valve, causing the hydraulic cylinder piston to move upward to lift the heavy object. Its rated pressure is adjusted by the relief valve, and the pressure gauge reading is observed by the pressure gauge.
