Brief Description of the Project

The customer buys this transfer car, mainly to transport aluminium coils and aluminium plates, which are easy to roll, so it is necessary to install additional tooling racks on the table to ensure the stability of aluminium coils in transit, and to be able to transport aluminium plates without removing the tooling racks.

Our company mainly transports aluminium coils and plates, due to the instability of coils and the flatness of plates, in the past we usually use cranes and hooks to transport aluminium coils and plates in our factories, however, the cranes have certain limitations in terms of operating sites, and most importantly, the handling efficiency is not high, only one aluminium coil can be transported at a time, which is far from being able to keep up with our production efficiency, for the new factory under construction, we chose a battery-powered transfer cart from Perfect Transfer Cart, which solved both the handling efficiency and the production cost problems.
