What is Cable Drum Transfer Cart?

Materials cart uses a cable drum with AC 380V to power transfer bogie. The drum adopts hysteresis coupling to prevent uneven force on the cable. Since it is powered by a cable, it can provide more stable power transmission even if it is connected to the cable during operation. After self propelled trolley is running, the brake drum will release the cable, and it will run in the opposite direction and retract it to protect the cable. There is no need to worry about the cable being tangled. The cables are covered with protective tubes to avoid accidents caused by damage to the insulation layer.

How to Buy Cable Drum Rail Cart?

There are many factors that affect the working voltage, current type, frequency, cable structure, cable arrangement on the winding roller, the maximum allowable working temperature of the main core wire, ambient temperature, and heat dissipation conditions. Therefore, a large number of tests and comprehensive analyses are carried out on the reasonable service life of the cable insulation layer. When the actual use conditions and test conditions are inconsistent, the impact of the difference between the two should be considered. Therefore, when selecting cable specifications, two issues should be considered: one is how to determine the actual working current of the cable, and the other is to determine the main correction factor affecting the load flow.

On small rail transfer bogies, we use narrow winding drums, whose width is about six times the cable diameter. In this case, if the cable support is at a sufficient distance from the winding drum axis, there is no need to use a cable discharge device, and the drum drum surface plays a guiding role for the cable through the first layer of spiral wire pads. Although there is no control of the cable discharge device during the winding process, due to the large distance of the introduction bracket and the small introduction angle, the cables of each layer can be arranged one by one in the future. Large rail transfer bogies have long transportation distances and large input power and use power cables with large cross-sections and diameters. This type of electric scraper must be equipped with a wide drum and a cable discharge device. The arrangement of the cable drum includes single support and double support, and the transmission shaft includes single shaft and double shaft, and its force determines the structure.
